The National Assembly of Vietnam has passed a new Act on commercial arbitration |
On 17th June 2010, the National Assembly of Vietnam has passed a new Act on commercial arbitration replacing the current Ordinance on commercial arbitration 2003 which will be effected from 1st January 2011. It is widely expected by local legal profession and law makers that this new act will create a favourable legal framework for the expansion of arbitration service market in Vietnam.
